His Liver got deteriorated over the years and he needs Liver transplant as life saving measure. Vaibhav is teetotaller (non-alcoholic). Vaibhav’s wife is doing the running around. 3 senior doctors opinion were taken and all the doctors re-confirmed that he has to go for ‘Liver Transplant’. He is now registered for Liver transplant at Apollo Hospital, Hyderabad. He is currently waitlisted for cadaver liver organ at Appollo Hospital – H’bad / Chennai / Bangalore.
The approx cost of the surgery + post operative medication is 35 Lacs. Scanned copy of the letter issued by Appollo Hospital is attached for ready reference.
Challenges are :-
1. Vaibhav has limited relatives and more of friends (We are fortunate that we are getting an opportunity to do something for our friend)

It is bring to kind notice that I have under gone to HEARTH STENT surgery . At this moment I am not in a position to bear medical expenditure. So that I am humbly requesting do financially help in this regard. There is no second option to buy expensive medicines without financial helping or providing medicines.

I have been suffering from Cardiology related problem since 8 months, Due to lack of financial support, did not consult the doctor during the period, later. I was admitted in Aayush private hospital, Vijayawada, A.P. at serious health condition. Subsequently I have under gone HEARTH STENT operation, which was successfully completed (surgery) with help of ESIC. The concerned doctor has advised to cure the disease through medical management for life long. As per usage of medicine is concerned, the requisite medicines are not provided by ESIC and similarly the ESIC is not provided financial help in this regard.
I have already spent my whole savings amount on this, I am no longer in a position to continue treatment on my own way Please help me financially, so that I can continue my treatment as it is in the long run.
Therefore, I badly need financial help from any NGO/Trust/Foundation for medicines. I don’t have other financial sources to buy the required medicines for life long. Already I have borrowed money from moneylenders on interest basis Rs:1,00,000/-. The interest was Rs.3000 per month. Present Medicine expenditure one year estimation (enclosed) Rs: 54,000/-Presently I am not in a position so spend money the rest of treatment .
I am the only person who can look after Four family member’s bread & shelter. Moreover, I have drawn meager salary from employer National Academy of Construction-A.P., which is helping for regular expenditure of family.

I have already spent my whole savings amount on this, I am no longer in a position to continue treatment on my own way Please help me financially, so that I can continue my treatment as it is in the long run.
