One of the critical measure for NGO effectiveness is the level of obsolescence. NGOs work hard to ensure that the cause/ activity they take up are accomplished, whether it be eradication (like polio, malaria, etc) or success (universal literacy as achieved in Kerala State, etc.) These were pressing concerns at some point of time but over the past years of dedicated efforts by committed people and organizations are now taken for granted.

The SEN NGO-Life Cycle Management service supports NGOs from conception to obsolescence and is mature and well received. This is managed through a 9-package approach through Basic, Regular and Advanced stages. One mechanism of offer of these services is through professional services as NGOs have a pressing need for more resources to do more work.

The typical engagement on this service is at the top level and is suitable for NGOs that are/ desire addressing scale, relevance, road-map in their areas of choice. We have categorized the NGOs in 12 categories and 32 causes and help the NGO to align better with societal, national, social and localized needs.
